From there, we develop your ideas into clear architectural plans, refining the design to create the floor plans, elevations and supporting drawings required for your project.

For Building Regulations applications, we develop these plans into a more detailed technical drawing package covering areas such as construction, insulation, fire safety, drainage and materials. Where required, we coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate structural calculations, beam sizes and foundation requirements. The completed package can then be submitted to Building Control for review, with any requested amendments addressed as the application progresses towards approval.
